The Israeli Inter-University Partnership in Russian and East European Studies offers each year a number of MA and Doctoral fellowships for outstanding students in the Humanities and Social Sciences whose research explores the areas of Russia and East-Central Europe. 
Those yearly fellowships are offered to students registered in one of the partner universities: Bar Ilan University, Ben Gurion University of the Negev, Haifa University, The Open University and Tel Aviv University.
